Job Description:

• Develop and implement business rules using IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, interpret them into system specifications, and document them effectively.
• Design, develop, and test business rules in ODM, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work closely with customers to extract and define business requirements, both remotely and on-site, ensuring successful implementation within planned duration and budget.
• Develop and optimize SQL scripts for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Utilize Java for developing supporting components and integrating with existing systems.
• Analyze production logs and defects, recommending corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a Unix environment, leveraging Unix commands for system management and monitoring.
• Participate in project-related workshops, meetings, and Interactive Pilot Assessments (IPA) to understand customer processes and demonstrate application functionality.
• Develop and deliver training for end-users and internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.
• Ensure that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used to maintain quality standards
