Software Developer - LAMP Stack (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Engineer to join our team, focusing on the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack. You will be responsible for coding, testing, and building robust back-end solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and PHP's synchronous behaviour.

- Familiarity with MVC design patterns; experience with frameworks like Symfony or Zend is a plus.

- Experience in API development and integration using REST/SOAP Web Services.

- Strong knowledge of database systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL.

- Understanding of performance optimization, scalability issues, and solutions.

- Familiarity with backend API architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

- Working knowledge of open-source technologies.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to seek help and close issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.

- Implement and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for application integration.

- Work with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL to design and optimize queries.

- Follow MVC design patterns and work with frameworks such as Symfony.
