HR Executive

About the Role 

We are looking for candidates having strong Human Resources skills and experience, especially in the IT and software industry. 

Responsibilities

• Engage in end-to-end recruitment for internal and client needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and source appropriate candidates.
• Schedule interviews based on suggestions from hiring managers and established guidelines.
• Adhere to the processes and checklists established by the Senior HR Executive.
• Work closely with the HR Vice President to implement policies.
• Foster and maintain a positive working environment.
• Coordinate with consultants (PF, CA, recruitment agencies, etc.) as per guidelines.
• Plan and organize office events

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Masters degree.
• Proven work experience of 2 to 5 years as an HR Executive (experience in the IT domain would be an upper-hand).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases and job boards.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet the desired results.
