ACCOUNTABILITIES Places purchase orders, works with suppliers and works with the appropriate organizations for new and existing materials, goods and services. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting the management of corporate indirect spend within a specific category or regional area(s). Key job responsibilities include presenting recommendations to management, supporting the negotiation of agreements and assisting in the execution of global strategies for short and long range goals. Participate in negotiations, and review contractual arrangements while ensuring compliance at local and regional levels. Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills required to support and participate in cross functional category teams and demonstrates the ability to develop and foster cooperative relationships. Interact with and influence various internal groups concerning technical matters and recommend possible solutions to problems. Assists in the development of supplier scorecards and preparation for quarterly business reviews. Learn and apply basic procurement principles, theories, and concepts. Responsible for placing purchase orders for new and existing production or non-production materials, goods or services. Demonstrate ability to analyze, understand, and manage data. Employ basic Six Sigma tools when examining or re-engineering processes and procedures. In country this position will be responsible for addressing day to day operational issues including: raising purchase orders, sending purchase order to suppliers, checking requisitions and purchase order status in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

Products/Materials (Warehouse management w.r.t. EHS & ESD)5.Knowledge of Customs (Import & export) and STPI activities (Bonding, De-bonding Re-export etc.).
