Infrastructure Analyst

• You will be part of a highly skilled Serviceability R&D Operations team responsible for supporting and maintaining various customer critical applications deployed across the globe. Serviceability Operations Team is responsible for meeting Service SLAs for Philips Software Solutions installed on Customer Sites (Hospitals).

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Prioritize and resolve the upcoming tickets
• Monitoring the KPI s of the prod applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving of complex application issues
• Change and Problem management
• Oncall support on rotation basis
• Supporting products which are 24*7 widely used across in global markets
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
• Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
• Able to interact with cross teams and able to resolve the issue reported to closure
• Metrics reporting on ticket inflow, resolution time etc.
• Identifying the ticket inflow trend and coming up with proactive measures
• Able to Enhance customer experience through operational efficiencies and innovations
• Develop good relationship with customers and understand the area of improvements
• Should be adoptable i.e. willing to work in Dev and Operational environment
• Quick Learner and adapt to changes

• Experience in Antivirus Solutions (Preferably McAfee).
• PowerShell / Bash Scripting.
• Certificate Management.
• Experience working on Ticketing tools like Service NOW.

Experience:

• Overall 5 to 8 years of experience

Mandatory Skills: Windows Server Administration, IIS Webserver, MS Windows clustering, MS SCCM, Basic networking skills, Experience in Antivirus Solutions (Preferably McAfee), ITIL process knowledge

Secondary Skills: Powershell/Bash Scripting, AWS Cloud services, Back-up solution, Certificate management, Experience in Linux - User management, Package management, Forward and Reverse Proxy, Single Sign On services
