Tele Collection Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking services.
- Make outbound calls to customers for promotional activities, product updates, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors as needed.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (BPO/Call Centre).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in making outbound calls and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
