Executive - Reconciliation - IDBI Bank - Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare accurate and timely balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for clients.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts payable (AP) and general ledger to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights on client's financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance role with a focus on R2R (Record-to-Report).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Proficiency in Excel is required; knowledge of other accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is an asset.
