Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills for the position of Technical Support in the Telecom domain. The role involves providing customer support and assisting clients with technical queries and issues. Ideal candidates are freshers or individuals with any relevant experience who are eager to work in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues related to telecom services.
• Resolve customer queries and provide solutions via calls, emails, or chat.
• Manage service tickets and follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Offer product-related information and guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Willingness to work in the Telecom domain in a support profile.
• Problem-solving ability and a customer-first approach.
• Freshers or candidates with any relevant experience can apply.
• Graduation in BA, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment.

Selection Process:

• 3 Rounds of Interviews (Virtual)
  • Round 1: HR Interview
  • Round 2: Technical Interview (Telecom Domain)
  • Round 3: Final Interview with Hiring Manager

Notice Period:

• Immediate to 30 days (preferred). Serving notice period candidates are welcome.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time Work-from-Office position in Gurgaon.
• Rotational shifts, including night shifts, may be required based on the team’s schedule.
