Process Associate

This position is for GEP worldwide. Below are the details for your reference. 

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely manner to ensure smooth procure-to-pay cycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including tracking inventory levels and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for procurement, payment processing, and accounting.

Job Requirements :

• Fresh graduate with no prior experience in PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Strong understanding of procurement, purchase, P2P (Procurement-to-Pay), payables concepts.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems or similar software applications.
