Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by being empathetic, patient, and professional in all interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations using our CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in telecalling software and systems (e.g. dialer).
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
