Shift (night/Afternoon shift )

Job Title: Executive (Back Office) – US Healthcare

 

Responsibilities:

Handle DE/Prod setup, bridging, analysis, and volume calls.

Verify data at the first level when required.

Escalate issues promptly.

Ensure team compliance with ISMS and company policies.

Follow quality processes and adhere to work timings and leave schedules.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: Graduate/ HSC from any stream.

Experience: Fresher’s preferred; all skills are a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing speed of 30 WPM with 98% accuracy.

Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements: A learning attitude is essential.

 Shift & Timing

 

Non Voice Process (Healthcare & Claims Process )

Shift :- Afternoon :- (2 PM to 11.30 PM) and (8 PM to 5.30 AM)

Qualification :- HSC /Graduate ( Open to consider any degree.)

Location - Ghansoli – Loma IT Park

5 Days working, flexible shift (drop facility for night shifts)

CTC offered:- 1.83 LPA Fresher.
