Job description: Bank Reconciliation

• Vendor Account Reconciliation Purchase Order Creation
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts daily, weekly, or monthly to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow by accurately updating reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve variances between bank and ledger balances, ensuring timely corrections.
• Verification of item details and amounts
• Verification of Tax Details
• Bank Reconciliation
• Providing approval of invoices and raising queries on rejected invoices
• Follow-up and co-ordination with Centre or Vendor

Required Candidate profile

• Education: Bcom/Mcom
• Experience: minimum 2-7 years of accounting experience
• Must have experience in vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good Communication skills
• Good knowledge of Tally, Oracle & MS Office
• Should be a go-getter and quality conscious
• Immediate Joinees Preferred
