About the Role:
As an Academic Counsellor at Infinity Learn, you will be the face of the company, assisting students and parents in understanding how Infinity Learn's innovative learning solutions can empower Grades 6 to 12+ students to achieve academic success. This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance, employee-focused environment that values innovative learning and consultative sales approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales Achievement:
• Drive sales growth through consultative outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.

• Client Engagement:
• Handle objections effectively and conduct price negotiations to achieve sales revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

• Product Knowledge:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Infinity Learn's products and services.
• Communicate the benefits and unique value propositions effectively to potential clients.
