Job Title: Associate / Sr. Associate B2B Sales (K-12 Education Programs)

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our B2B vertical as an Associate/Sr. Associate. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in consultative sales, preferably in K-12 online education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a mentor and guide for school stakeholders, decision-makers, and administrators.
• Counsel potential stakeholders (school owners, principals, administrators) to help plan innovation around overall school offerings with a focus on future skills.
• Achieve weekly signup and registration targets.
• Demonstrate the uniqueness and effectiveness of Wizklub programs.
• Manage the complete lead generation to closure lifecycle, including calls, product demos, signups, execution management, and post-sales relationship management.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, including video presentations and audio files.

KPIs and Deliverables:

• 50+ dials daily with 20+ meaningful connections.
• 4 new meetings or phone calls daily to generate a database.
• Generate at least one referral lead every day.
• Conduct one webinar session daily for school stakeholders and students.
• Achieve 2 hours of average daily talk time (including webinars or school visits).
• Meet weekly signup, prelims, and revenue targets.
• Maintain a conversion efficiency of 20–40% depending on referrals.
• Achieve a moving average of 200+ participants monthly, with 150+ from onboarded schools.
• Collect SLQs for 1,000 admissions from each onboarded school and drive revenue through the B2B2C model.
• Ensure a revenue rate of ₹60K per 100 leads shared by schools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Industry experience in K-12 B2B sales (e.g., Teachmint, Lead School, Byju's, Unacademy).
• Graduation in B.Tech (preferred) or other streams; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proven track record in a competitive sales environment with top 10% performance.

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Field/WFO (Work From Office).
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off).
• Work Hours: Strict 9-hour schedule.
