• Profile - Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales)
• Experience: 1-3 yr in submitting quotes for IT Products. Preferably from competitor, distributor, Good English written, communication, Strong math's, excel skills.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Education - Graduation
• Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
• Timings: India shift (10AM-6PM)

Responsibilities:

1. Record customer survey requests and sales details in Excel, then email clients with responses.

2. Schedule site surveys or collaborate with the commercial team for procurement.

3. Coordinate with clients, the commercial team, logistics, and billing teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Assist in managing customer communications and updates.

5. Support the sales process by ensuring timely follow-up and efficient workflow.

Skills:

1. Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and teams.
