Python Developer with Data Science Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer with a strong foundation in Data Science to join our Technology department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing scalable software solutions, implementing machine learning models, and working with data-driven applications. This role demands strong Python programming skills combined with a keen understanding of data analytics to develop solutions that drive impactful business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust Python-based applications and data pipelines
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and integrate machine learning models into production environments
• Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making
• Build APIs and microservices for data-driven applications
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Python development and data science technologies
• Communicate findings, development progress, and technical solutions to stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Python development and data-driven application development
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask) and libraries for data science (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, etc)
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning pipelines
• Familiarity with REST APIs, database systems, and cloud-based solutions
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
