Senior Engineer - Reliability Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer in Reliability Engineering to join our IDRS department. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for ensuring the Equipment reliability and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reliability programs and processes to boost product performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address reliability concerns.
• Collect and analyze data to identify potential failure modes.
• Develop and maintain digital reliability records and performance metrics.
• Lead a data collection team, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Contribute to design reviews, focusing on Integrated Digital Reliability Services.
• Stay up-to-date on reliability engineering best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Mandatory: Mobius CAT-2 or CAT-3 certification.
• 3-6 years of experience in Condition Based Monitoring.
• Multiple certifications in Condition Based Techniques are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in reliability analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
