Job Description
Social Media Content Designer Description:
We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Designer with a skill for creative design and a solid understanding of basic digital marketing principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging social media posters, infographics, and content that effectively communicates our brand message. He/she will be responsible to work for the marketing team to enhance our social media presence and drive audience engagement.

Requirements
- Monitor social media trends, popular formats, and emerging design styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Create engaging social media content, visuals, and templates for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand identity and goals.
- Design visually appealing and brand-consistent social media posts, banners, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Ensure designs are optimized for each platform, considering image dimensions, resolutions, and formats.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring optimal timing for audience engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Support the team with basic analytics by tracking content performance and suggesting improvements.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to create hooking, eye-catching designs used for different social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and content strategies.
- Familiarity with platform-specific features like hashtags, trends, and best posting practices.
- Awareness of audience targeting, brand voice, and creating contents for different audience personas.
