Responsibilities as WordPress developer

• Programming, developing, website coding, and producing data-driven web applications, websites using WordPress and WooCommerce
  Develop WordPress and WooCommerce websites which are fully functional and responsive.
• Building WordPress/Woocommerce websites using the best practice de-facto standard plugins.
• Creation of custom themes, plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards.
• Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code.
  Requirements
• Strong experience with custom WordPress theme development, including accommodating full user edit ability, complex layouts, and plugins that require theme customization?
• We don't work with prebuilt themes so it is important to have the ability to create complex setups from scratch
• Experience creating custom themes for use with WooCommerce
• Experience with creating custom WordPress plugins is a plus
• Thorough understanding of custom post types and taxonomies
• Working knowledge of basic PHP and MySQL
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5/XHTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS3
• Excellent knowledge of WooCommerce and WordPress
• Experience with responsive design without dependence on frameworks
• Good understanding of front-end optimization techniques

Responsibilities as a Shopify Developer,

You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining e-commerce websites on the Shopify platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless online shopping experiences and ensure the smooth functioning of Shopify-based websites. This role demands proficiency in web development, front-end technologies, and e-commerce best practices to enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, customize, and maintain Shopify-based e-commerce websites, ensuring they align with clients requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces that optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Customize Shopify themes to meet design and functionality specifications, including layout, navigation, and product presentation.
• Implement and modify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing and functional web pages.
• Integrate and configure Shopify apps to enhance website functionality, such as payment gateways, inventory management, and marketing tools.
• Ensure seamless communication between Shopify and third-party systems.
• Monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring website functionality across various browsers and devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep the website secure and up-to-date.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team and clients.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including coding standards, development processes, and system configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and web development technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
