Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts, Finance and Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate qualifications in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) or Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWA). This role focuses on key accounting and financial functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting excel related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountancy: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.

- TDS and GST Compliance: Ensure timely filing of TDS and GST returns, and assist with related compliance requirements.

- CMA Projections: Prepare Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) projections for banks to facilitate loan applications and financial assessments.

- Project Reports: Develop and assist in the preparation of project reports, including financial analyses and projections.

- Letter Drafting: Draft formal letters and communications related to financial matters, compliance, and reporting.

- Documentation: Maintain organized records of financial documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.

- Software Proficiency: Utilize Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure financial alignment and compliance.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- CA Intermediate / CS / ICWA.

- Understanding of TDS, GST, and related compliance.

- Experience in preparing CMA projections and project reports is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience:

- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or compliance is an advantage but not mandatory.
