JD - IAM Security Engineer (Senior)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Sailpoint IdentityNow, Access Management (AM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG) solutions.
- Provide end-to-end support for IAM deployments, including integration with various enterprise applications.
- Develop custom workflows, scripts, and APIs to enhance the Sailpoint IAM platform.
- Integrates and maintains EAM and Identity Governance systems with in-house and third-party applications, including but not limited to ServiceNow, Workday, and Active Directory, for birthright provisioning, request approval and fulfilment, deprovisioning, access to RGA applications, recertification of existing access upon transfer, removal of access upon termination, and custom workflows, while maximizing the use of automation.
- Customize authentication, authorization policies, and single sign-on (SSO) processes as per business needs.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to IAM applications/solutions components and integration points.
- Provide troubleshooting support and perform root cause analysis for IAM-related incidents.
- Implement and maintain Identity Platform (IdP) solutions including but not limited to Okta and Auth0.
- Experience in Single-Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), AuthN, FIDO2.
- Strong knowledge of Identity Governance, including but not limited to user Lifecycle. provisioning (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), policy & role management, Role Based Access Control, access reviews and certifications, Segregation of Duties.
- Good hands on writing the ldap queries and sql query.
Requirements:
- Experience in integrating SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, ServiceNow and API development experience for SailPoint functions is must to have.
- Experience with Rest Web services, SAML 2. 0, SailPoint IdentityNow, OAuth, WS-Security, and other authentication/authorization protocols is required.
- Expert-level experience with IAM Protocols such as SCIM, Web services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and Oauth.
- Strong experience in key management in classic architectures as well as cloud technologies.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or Sailpoint IdentityNow are highly desirable.
