Finance Analyst

• Job Title: Finance Analyst (Fresher)
• Location: Gurgaon or Bangalore
• Shift time: Night Shift in India starts at 7.30 PM (US EST Time zone)
• Job Type: Full-time, Grade E1, Joining: Immediate
• Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹5 LPA

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree: B Com, BBA, or any Finance-related degree (Must), MBAs are not eligible
• Graduation Year: 2023/2024 (Candidates graduating in 2025 or later are not eligible)
• Experience: Fresher

Skills Required:

• Strong foundation in Accounting and Corporate Finance
• Data analysis, interpretation, and generating business insights
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to new challenges

Job Responsibilities:

As a Finance Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting data analysis and interpreting results to provide valuable insights for management discussions and decision-making.
• Developing key metrics summaries and designing dashboards for management reporting, ensuring real-time tracking of financial performance.
• Performing savings analysis at both business unit and entity levels to drive cost optimization.
• Coordinating with various business and functional stakeholders to ensure follow-up actions and achievement of defined goals.
• Providing timely and accurate updates on financial data to ensure smooth operations and data integrity.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools to create reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
