- Monitor jobs, prioritize and resolve incidents meeting various SLAs.
- Manage Incident & SR Backlog.
- Reduce Incident Influx permanently fixing recurring issues.
- Perform break fixes and implement preventative action items
- Manage change request and code deployments from development to production environment.
- Actively participate in defect triage meeting with clients to resolve the production issues.
