ATE Test Package ( HW/SW ) Development and Qualification

In your new role you will:

• ATE Test Package ( HW/SW ) Development and Qualification
• New products release to production.
• Sustaining products support ( Yield improvement, Quality Fixes, TestTime reduction, Tester Platform conversion, etc )
• Work with Design/Product/Yield engineers to understandDesign/Fab/Process issues and provide test solutions.
• Provide innovative Test solutions towards Test cost reduction.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• More than 8+ years experience in ATE Testing of Analog/Mixed Signalproducts.
• Experience with 93K SMT8 test platforms preferred.
• Experience in DFT definition, Silicon bring up, Qualifying new productsrelease into production.
• Experience in yield analysis, Debug and Test Time Reduction techniques
• Possess Strong Debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and ability to makepresentations to management)
• Strong driver (assertive and results/goal oriented)
• Team player with good interpersonal skills (ability to work efficientlywith multi-functional groups
