Senior Staff Specialist IT - UX/UI Design

you will play a pivotal role in creating user-centric and visually appealing designs for digital products and interfaces. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user needs, and translating them into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities : User Research and Analysis : Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their behaviors, and needs. Analyze data to derive insights that inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results. UI Design : Develop high-fidelity UI designs with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and brand consistency. Design visual elements, such as icons, graphics, and layouts. UX Design : Design user flows and journeys to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product features. Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs. Analyze test results and iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with project goals and timelines. Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
