HR Generalist role including onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, leave and attendance management
Personnel administration in HR Software (KEKA) for new hires, exit employees, transfers, organizational change requests.
Hands on experience in employee onboarding process including negotiating, preparing & rolling out offer letters, background check initiation, joining formalities and documentation.
Support HRBP in responding to and managing employee issues.
Payroll Management: Handling payroll of employees by collecting and reviewing relevant information and ensuring timely closure of the salaries every month.
Provide rapid, high quality and validated response/support to all HR related queries and requests on company policy and procedures, employment regulations and benefit programs.
Responsible for managing the employee separation process, oversee exit clearance process, conduct & record exit interviews, gratuity pay-outs and prepare & timely pay out of full & final settlements.
Take care of the employee engagement and training initiatives.
Provide support in implementing and ensuring HR compliances.
Assist in managing employee benefits, including statutory social benefits and company supplementary benefits program (e.g., medical, insurance, health checks)
Ensure HR data integrity and reporting in HR Software, Personal File, and any other information for auditing.
Support HRBP and COE on relevant local initiatives with administration and maintenance of tasks
Good experience in making MIS reports as and when required by the management.
