Api Inspector

Job Title: API Inspectors with Fitness-for-Service (FFS) Certification Long-Term Project in Libya

Location: Libya (Field Assignments & Head Office)

Project Overview:
We are entrusted with conducting FFS certification for pressure vessels and piping systems across 13 locations in Libya. The project will be executed in two phases:

• Phase 1: Inspection of pressure vessels
• Phase 2: Inspection of piping systems

This project requires on-site inspections and office-based reporting and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Service Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of pressure vessels and piping systems to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Maintenance Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on inspection findings to enhance operational safety and integrity.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records for all inspections.
• Collaboration: Work with engineering teams, maintenance, clients, and third-party certification bodies to ensure project goals are met.

Job Schedule:

• Field Assignments: 812 hours a day (including lunch break), 7 days a week (up to 1 month or more)
• Head Office: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (Fridays off). Primarily focused on report preparation and client coordination.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $3,500 $,5000 USD per month
• Food, Accommodation, and Transportation: Provided during field assignments
• Annual Leave: 30 days of paid leave per year
• Long-Term Project: Estimated project duration is 3 years, with a potential 10-15% salary increase after the first year based on performance

Eligibility Criteria:

Required Certifications:

• API 510, API 570, API 653 (Mandatory)
• CSWIP or BGAS (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, including proven expertise in FFS certifications.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of industry safety regulations and inspection standards
• Experience coordinating with third-party certification bodies
• Ability to thrive in challenging desert environments

Important Notice:
As per client requirements, candidates must have valid API 510, API 570, API 653, and CSWIP or BGAS certifications. Applicants without these certifications will not be considered.
