Azure Platform Engineer

We are hiring Azure Platform Engineer who can join us in short notice.

Experience: 8 - 15 years

Location: Mumbai

Notice: 0 - 45 days

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience on creating and configuring Azure Cloud components and services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Blob, Azure Data Bricks, Polybase
• Worked in creating Self Hosted Integration Runtime (SHIR).
• Knowledge of Azure services like network connectivity, proxy settings, port enabling, Resource Group, ExpressRoute, etc.
• Should have worked on Triggers and scheduling ADF jobs.
• Should have worked on SQL or Oracle with creation of tables structure, Stored Procedures, etc. with best practices.
• Should have knowledge of API integration in ADF to integrate with other Cloud services and other open source technology.
• Should know about the Archiving policy in ADLS and Blob.
• Good to have knowledge of Azure PowerShell scripting or Python scripting for data transformation in ADF SSIS, SSAS, BI tools like Power BI
• Efficiently identify and solves issues
• Identify, track and escalate risks in a timely manner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure cloud solutions.
• Ensure security, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Guide and mentor team members on Azure.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with data analysts/scientists.
• Perform data migrations and transformations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines on Databricks.
• Optimize and troubleshoot for performance.
• Ensure data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with data teams for solutions.
