Job Description:
As a Digital Sales Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over phone calls and effectively sell a range of banking products, including personal loans, business loans, credit cards, line of credit and cross-selling opportunities like fixed deposits. In addition, you will be required to perform Virtual Know Your Customer (VKYC) processes to verify customer identities and facilitate smooth on-boarding.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial solutions to the SA customers while maintaining high service standards.
2. Maintain relationships with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings.
3. Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities.
4. Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment products.
5. Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped SA accounts and also proactively track customers spent behaviour.
6. Profile potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
7. Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients.
8. Call handling as per defined standards and accurate resolution for customer queries. Managing customers inbound calls in stipulated time zone.
9. Promoting Digital Banking services for a superior customer service experience.
10. Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
11. Responsible to generate businesses & revenues including the monthly targets.
12. Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of a graduate degree in any field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
3. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
6. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
7. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
8. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
