Nothing is available to say like at IndusInd Bank. But only one thing is like 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday off due to its bank branch that is most liked thing at IndusInd Bank.
No reward and recognition for Collection team, No Support of top management, Unnecessary pressure creation, Unrealistic Targets, Unseless meetings everyday, no trust on downline team, very poor hierarchy mechanism, HR have no rights to speak, poor HR Support.
