Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquiring new current Account through Open Market Sourcing
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using banking products such as Current Accounts, Trade Forex, POS Machine and all the Liability Products
• Utilize POS machines to process transactions efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Banking Sales or Business Development Management (BDM).
• Strong understanding of Current Account sales officer roles and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 2-wheeler vehicle is a must

Age Criteria: Upto 35yrs

Salary: Up to 5.40 lacs (Depending on work experience and education) + Incentives + PF + Insurance benefits from the company local conveyance + Mobile allowances.
