Experience Requirements

• Around 3 - 5 Years of Experiences in IT application support role
• Support experience on Newgen products - OmniDocs, iBPS, NEMP, eKYC is preferable
• Database Knowledge SQL Server, SQL queries , proficient in writing store procedure
• Operating System knowledge Windows , Linux
• Web & Application server knowledge Jboss , JWS , JBCS , proficient in reading XML logs

Overall Job Description

• Provide support on DMS, Workflow (BPM) and Mobility platform.
• Co-Ordinate with branch user for routine support on workflow DMS & onboarding APP.
• Co-ordinate internally with internal and  other teams for issues resolution.
• Co-ordinate internally for all Integration/Infra related requirements/issues.
• Co-ordinate in raising issues with vendors and closure of same.
• Maintain related documentation for learning, audit and compliance. 

Accountability

• Provide Continuous Support for application on OmniDocs, iBPS, NEMP, eKYC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address application issues, reducing downtime and enhancing user satisfaction
• Handled L2 troubleshooting for applications, investigating complex technical issues across various platforms, including webserver, app server, databases.
• Manage UAT & PRODUCTION deployments for patches, and system updates, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to live services.
• Experience in writing SQL queries & Procedures for MIS requirement
• Experience in reading XML & DB Logs for troubleshooting and issue analysis.
• Application monitoring and acting on monitoring alert for resolution.
• Work on user ticketing tools like BMC remedy (Helix)
• Maintain support TAT for each application and service request.
