Identify system and/or operational issues hindering the attainment of quality performance standards at client sites and at operational hubs.
Responsible for the timely and accurate communication of reports related to fleet deployment, delivery performance, manpower hiring, vehicle maintenance and utilisation, and hub expenses.
Provides issue identification, problem analysis and strategies for resolution and/or implementation in case of client escalation.
Create and maintain detailed reports on manpower payroll costs related to attendance, overtime, incidents, etc
Support fleet managers in identifying process improvement opportunities, tracking service metrics and testing new techniques to acquire driver partners to ensure manpower availability.
Address and resolve field team queries related to policies, incentives, payroll and other operational performance KPIs.Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc. 10. Anticipate future data requirements and demands and design/implement solutions to meet these needs

Mandatory Requirements:

B-tech/BCA/MCA from top tier 1/2 college and total 3+ years of experience with min. 6 months leading a team.
Excellent in Excel and ETL/BI skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data sources
Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously

Good to Have:

Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
Experience working with and setting up enterprise data warehouses and advanced dashboard tools like Power BI, Google Studio, Tableau, etc

Other requirements:

He or she will responsible for company accounts and the position will be based in Gurgaon.

Bookkeeping: Recording and maintaining accurate financial records for the company, including maintaining tally, fixed asset register etc
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Raising invoices to clients & tracking of receipt of the invoices
Accounts Payable: Managing company s expenses and making payments to vendors and suppliers
Payroll: Managing the company s payroll, including calculating and processing employee salaries and taxes.
Tax Preparation: Preparing and filing company s tax returns and making statutory payments within due date
Financial Reporting: Generating and interpreting financial reports for the company s management
Budgeting: Monitoring company s budget to ensure financial stability.
Audit assistance : Lead the audit activity and finalize the books of accounts.
