Job Description:

Indus International seeks a dynamic and seasoned Maintenance Engineer, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing maintenance, processes, quality enhancement, and cost-effective throughput. This role requires effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize unplanned downtime.
2. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
3. Installation & Upgrades: Assist in the installation of new equipment and recommend upgrades to existing systems for improved efficiency.
4. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective measures.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Drive operational excellence, leveraging automation and efficient workflows.
6. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and reduce equipment-related disruptions.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications and Technical Skill:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Language: known English, Hindi, both written and verbal.
3. Experience: Minimum between 2~10 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, automotive, or FMCG, & heat exchangers.
4. Certification in maintenance management or relevant technical certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional).
5. Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and tools.
6. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
7. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
8. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
9. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards.
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
11. Ability to travel as necessary to meet machine selection & commissioning requirements.
12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
13. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
14. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary:

Salary – Salary Annually package in hand Between AED 36,000~48,000 (Tentative in Hand INR 8,50,000~11,00,000) + yearly performance-based incentive upto 3 months’ salary ( Based on performance INR 2,12,000~2,80,000)

Basic Facilities:

Performance Incentive:

You will be eligible for the yearly performance-based incentive upto 3 month’s salary as per Company’s policy at the end of financial year

Accommodation:

Shared Bachelor accommodation will be provided as per Company’s policy.

Medical:

You will provided free basic medical treatment for yourself as per Company’s policy.

Annual Leave:

You will be given 30 days paid leave for each completed year of service subject to your confirmation to services on completion of probation period.

Increments:

You will be eligible for annual salary increment on completion of minimum 9 months of service at the close of the Company’s financial year.

Gratuity:

You will be eligible for Gratuity on completion of 5 years of continuous service.

Contract Period:

First and each subsequent contract will be valid for the 2 years period from residence visa stamping date which can be further renewed with mutual discussion and agreement.

Probation Period:

You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining/reporting.

Weekly off & Holidays:

Weekly off will be on Sunday and other public holiday’s as per Company’s policy.
