We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team and help us build high-quality, scalable web applications.

As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the performance and responsiveness of applications.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience with the MERN stack, a strong understanding of web development principles, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.

Responsibilities :

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Develop and maintain high-quality reusable and efficient React components.

- Integrate RESTful API endpoints with React applications.

- Develop highly responsive and user-friendly web-based interfaces, leveraging robust and modular frontend architecture.

- Deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code within specified timelines to meet project milestones and deadlines.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks in the React.js ecosystem.

- Understand and implement project architecture principles.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications.

- Work within Agile software development methodology.

- Optimize web applications for maximum performance and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

- Manage deployment processes and assist with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Design and develop test plans and unit tests to ensure code quality.

- Work with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Evaluate custom solutions through prototyping and proof of concepts (POCs).

- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams on high-visibility strategic projects, contributing as a technical expert in delivering high-quality solutions.

- Proficient in utilizing third-party libraries and APIs (e. , Google APIs) to enhance application functionality and performance.

- Mentor and guide junior developers on industry best practices and software design principles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into development processes.

- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven work experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript for implementing responsive and interactive designs.

- Expertise with front-end frameworks like React and Angular.

- Experience with state management tools like Redux.

- Proficient in creating interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.

- JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, Jasmine or Ember etc., or JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower.

- Strong experience using a client-side MVC framework such as NodeJS, React JS, NextJS, Redux, and AngularJS.

- Ability to create reusable and well-structured components.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs.

- Skilled in optimizing app performance for speed and responsive design.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest.

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

- Awareness of modern web-security best practices.

- Proficient in creating user-centric and visually appealing interfaces.

- Extensive experience with wireframing, prototyping, and mock-up tools (e. Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members, designers, and stakeholders.
