Job description
Role Summary:
The Sales Head will be responsible for developing
and executing the sales strategy for our brands across all channels, including
retail, e-commerce, and modern trade. This role involves creating a dynamic
sales team, driving revenue growth, generating brand trials and enhancing MOM
consumer repeat purchase in a competitive market.
Location
Goregaon with 5 day work from
office.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets
and brand trials/ repeat as goals for healthy food products.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of consumer
focused excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Channel Management: Oversee sales across all channels, including traditional retail, online
platforms, and direct-to-consumer initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall
company strategy.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly in least reaction time.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and
partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales and consumer feedback.
Performance Tracking: Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports
for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and healthy food innovations to effectively
position products and address consumer needs.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize
ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to
ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and inventory management.
