SAP Billing Executive

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing Operations:
- Generate and process invoices in the SAP system (SD module preferred).
- Verify billing details, including pricing, taxes, and discounts.
- Ensure timely posting of invoices and credit memos.

2. Reconciliation and Accuracy:
- Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain accurate billing records.
- Address billing errors and initiate corrective actions.

3. Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits.
- Generate regular billing reports for management.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience:
- 2 5 years of experience in billing and invoicing, preferably in SAP SD/MM/FI modules.
- Prior experience with taxation and compliance is a plus.

3. Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP (SD or FI modules).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and reporting tools.
