Marketing Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for agricultural products, including crop planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage product portfolios by analyzing sales data and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with stake holder to ensure efficient pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Update and share the field activities of field staff on daily basis.
• Call farmers for feedback/confirmation of demos lay by field staff.
• Preparation, dispatch, and stock update of Marketing materials such as brochure, banners etc. as per requirement.
• Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help.
• Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned at H.O.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related field (agriculture industry preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc), MS/M.Sc(Science), or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
