Job Description
We are seeking a skilled VTOL Pilot with 1-2 years of experience in flying fixed-wing VTOL aircraft. As a VTOL Pilot , you will be responsible for safely operating our aircraft during vertical take-offs and landings, as well as during horizontal flight. Your duties will include conducting pre-flight inspections, ensuring the aircraft is airworthy, and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Key Responsibilities - Safely operate fixed-wing VTOL aircraft during vertical and horizontal flight phases.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and records of aircraft performance.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Hold a valid pilots license with specific endorsements for VTOL aircraft
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a pilot flying fixed-wing VTOL aircraft.
- Strong understanding of VTOL aircraft systems, performance characteristics, and operational procedures.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.
