We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Agriculture Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience in selling agricultural products. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture or a related field, coupled with a passion for promoting agricultural solutions to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in the agriculture sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural organizations to understand their needs and promote our products.
Identify new business opportunities and prospects through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, sales materials, and product presentations tailored to the agriculture market.
Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales and ensure profitability.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and update management on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in agricultural product sales, preferably with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of agricultural products, practices, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
