Job Description

We are looking for a Manager (Direct Procurement) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain Department (Purchasing & Warehouse management).

1) Interaction with the user department to understand requirements on day-to-day basis and ensure availability of material to support seamless aircraft and facility maintenance.

2) Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, marketing and production, to

3) Identification of new vendors & negotiating with vendors for best quote, delivery and payments terms.

4) Vendor evaluation & Vendor Performance monitoring.

5) Monitoring of RFQ.

6) Execute all contracts, Agreements and purchase of facility requirements.

7) Responsible for approved advance payments.

8) Follow up quotation and comparison of prices from different sources to prepare comparative quotes.

9) Monitoring of timely placing of purchase orders & and getting approval of the same.

10) Track orders and ensure timely delivery & review quality of purchased products.

11) Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

12) Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

13) Cross check & Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

14) Maintaining supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise

15)Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

16) Monitoring of pending payment of supplier & co-ordination with Account department of timely release of payment.

17) Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.

Advanced user of Tally ERP

Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
