Part Time Content Creator:

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to manage and grow our Instagram profile by creating engaging and high-quality posts using AI video tools. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, a deep understanding of Instagram's algorithms, and expertise in using AI tools to create innovative visual and video content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation
   
• Develop and execute creative concepts for Instagram posts and reels using AI video tools (e.g., SORA, OpenAI, Runway ML etc.).
• Create visually appealing, dynamic, and engaging content tailored to our target audience.
• Design high-quality posts that align with brand guidelines and themes.
2. Social Media Strategy
   
• Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Use analytics to determine the best times and formats for posting.
• Collaborate on strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach organically.
3. Profile Growth
   
• Research and implement strategies to grow the Instagram profile through organic and paid methods.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active community around the profile.
• Monitor trends and hashtags to ensure content remains relevant and on-trend.
4. AI Tool Expertise
   
• Utilize AI tools for video and image generation to create innovative posts.
• Experiment with AI-driven enhancements to optimize content quality.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI technology and incorporate new tools where applicable.
5. Performance Analysis
   
• Analyze Instagram insights to track content performance.
• Generate reports on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
• Optimize future posts based on performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram.
• Expertise in AI video creation tools (e.g., SORA, OpenAI video tools, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box for unique content ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing and growing successful Instagram profiles.
• Knowledge of SEO and hashtag optimization for Instagram posts.
• A portfolio showcasing previous Instagram content or AI-generated videos.
