OPS 2 Language Specialist - Hindi Linguist

Content Creation/Writing: Develop culturally relevant prompts and responses in Hindi that resonate with Indian audiences while being inappropriate for Western contexts

Ensure all content reflects a nuanced understanding of Indian culture, traditions, and contemporary societal issues

Content Evaluation: Assess Hindi prompts and responses against key cultural parameters, including but not limited to: Sensitivity to local customs and practices Identification and avoidance of stereotypes Understanding of regional food preferences and buying habits Evaluation of tone, vocabulary, and phrasing appropriate for the target audience Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on evaluation criteria

Qualifications: Native fluency in both Hindi and English

Deep understanding of both Western and Indian cultures

Experience in content creation and/or evaluation preferred

Strong analytical skills to assess cultural relevance and sensitivity

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
