Job Description
- L2 Production Support responding to serviceincidents with rotational on-call 24x7 support. - Provide day-to-dayapplication-level support for production incidents and L2 support.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensuresuccessful delivery and implementation of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate release activities with other teams(internal and external), partnering with the Change Management group to ensurea smooth and trouble-free rollout of releases.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to resolve problemsquickly.
- Proactively engage with cross-functional teams toresolve issues using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with a reporting/visualization toollike Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Practical experience in using Web development,Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes & Linux.
- Basic knowledge of statistical theory, financialinstruments, and markets.
