Requirements/Qualifications:
. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
. 5.7 years of hands.on experience in Mendix application development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
. Strong proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and Mendix platform capabilities.
. Experience in leading Mendix development teams and guiding technical direction.
. Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
. Excellent problem.solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non.technical stakeholders.
. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast.paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
. Mendix certification(s) preferred.
. Experience with other development technologies and platforms (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.
