Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.

- Support financial reporting and budgeting processes within SAP.

- Develop cost center structures and profit center accounting.

- Conduct routine analysis of financial data for accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.

- Design and implement internal controls for cost management.

- Provide user training and support for SAP CO functionalities.

- Document and maintain system configurations and operational procedures.

- Assist in system upgrades and migrations related to CO modules.

- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies.

- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements from stakeholders.

- Prepare and present financial analysis reports to management.

- Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

- Act as a liaison between finance and IT departments for system integration.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to cost management.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CO consultancy or relevant role.

- Strong understanding of SAP CO modules and functionality.

- Proficient in financial analysis and cost accounting principles.

- Experience with SAP FICO integration is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of financial compliance regulations and standards.

- Project management experience preferred.

- Understanding of business processes across various departments.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

- SAP certification in Controlling (CO) is advantageous.

- Willingness to continue professional development and training.
