Location: Gurgaon

Mode of Work: 5 Days Work from Office

We are looking for candidate who has 10 years of experience in HR Shared Services & Process Automation. Has worked / knowledge of

• Hands on working experience on Success Factor or any other HRMS system. Preferably done implementation of success factor or any good HRMS.
• Certified SIX SIGMA or similar certificate
• Excellent data analytics and presentation skills
• Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency; Has worked on drafting policies and SOPs & Worked on process revamping . Worked on Operational process improvement project including technology
• Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives; Coordinate and liaise with HR Partners, TA and Payroll teams for continuous monitoring of Employee operations costs and reporting.
• Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
• Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices
• Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Establishing standards for other departments to follow when processing orders or performing other tasks
• Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service
• Manage Operational governance. Deliver and ensure Audit and process compliance requirements
• Put an internal audit process in place and track the same. Front end HR audits in coordination with HR leaders / TA/ HRP
• Implement Operational excellence framework and deliver tangible improvements.
• Drive Structured Process improvement implementation and closure
• Review and monitor Vendor Performance as per contractual SLAs
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in HR Shared Services
