Job Overview: Marketplaces role is the role for Online Marketing Sales and Data Monetization along with Sales for Marketplaces products to B2C and B2B2C customers. This role will be responsible for driving online sales, maximizing revenue opportunities, and leveraging data to create impactful monetization strategies and to promote revenue by driving sales for various product offerings under marketplaces offerings. This role involves managing digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, and utilizing data insights to optimize marketing efforts and deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in online sales, data-driven decision-making, and digital marketing strategies, networking and alliances, affiliate marketing skills and revenue optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Online Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative online marketing sales strategies across multiple digital platforms (e.g., digital platforms including but not limited to website, mobile APP, AI based channels, social media, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, etc.) to drive revenue growth. • Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities through digital channels, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. • Data Monetization: Leverage company data and customer insights to create monetization strategies, including partnerships, targeted advertising, and new product offerings. • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive ROI. • Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop and optimize the sales funnel by analyzing customer behavior, identifying conversion opportunities, and improving user experience to drive revenue. • Performance Analytics: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze trends, and report on key metrics to senior leadership. Implement adjustments as needed to maximize revenue. • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the sales, data analytics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution. • Client and Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to unlock additional revenue streams through data-driven marketing solutions. • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Proven experience 8+ years in online marketing sales, digital marketing, or revenue generation roles. • Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, including affiliate sales, Sales to B2B and B2B2C channels, social media, display advertising, and email marketing. • Experience in data monetization, utilizing data for targeting and revenue generation strategies. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize marketing strategies. • Familiarity with analytics and revenue dashboards. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience working with data-driven monetization models (e.g., subscription services, digital ad sales, affiliate marketing). • Knowledge of machine learning or AI-driven marketing techniques is a plus. • Prior experience managing client relationships or partnerships for revenue generation
