Job Description

  • Managing day to day operations of the accounts department
  • Managing accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
  • To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
    • Generating invoices in tally
  • Accounting entries related with general accounting and book keeping Bank Reconciliation
  • Creating and Tracking of office stuffs
    • Maintaining of Accounts receivables Payables Cash Handling
  • Knowledge of PF, TDS, GST and Taxation
    • Computation of TDS GST Sheet.
  • Good Knowledge in Tally and Excel Sheet
  • Co- ordination with all team, and coordination.
    • Making Estimates Profit Centre GST Filing
     
    Qualifications/Experience:
    • Bachelors Degree with 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (Minimum).
    Ability to commute/relocate:
    • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
