Opening of Site Mechanical Engineers For Surat region.

Recruitment of Mechanical QA/QC Engineers having Experience in Site inspection during

erection of PEB Structures for Project at Surat.

We have an urgent opening at Surat region for Mechanical QA/QC Engineers for below

requirement.

Experience & Education Qualification:

• BE in Mechanical with minimum 5 years of Experience or Diploma in Mechanical with 6-7 years of Experience.
• Core Experience in site Inspection of Heavy PEB Structures etc. is mandatory.
• Core Experience in Inspection of Crain gadder, Heavy Column, Heavy Beam, Rafter, Purlin & PEB Structures etc. is mandatory.
• Experience in working for Greenfield or Brownfield Project will be preferable.
• Knowledge of various Material tests, MTC Review, NDT and Welding is mandatory.
• Competency in Structural Drawing reading, dimensional inspection of various Structural components & its tolerances is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Structural codes as per IS & relevant tolerances IS 7215 is Mandatory.
• Knowledge of Blasting-Painting & its testing & applicable codes/standards is required.

Job Responsibility:

1. Site Supervision & Inspection for Industrial Plant structures.

2. MTC Review.

3. Various documents preparation related to Inspection.

4. Preparation of WPS/PQR

5. Blasting Painting Inspection

6. Preparation of Inspection Reports.
